Why me?

Francine brings an intangible gift to the dispute resolution table.  You can find good training and experience in many places, but Francine's ability to identify the roots of conflict set her apart from the rest.

An accomplished litigator, Francine began her legal training as an undergraduate student while working at the presitgious law firm of Letwich & Douglas, LLP, in Washington DC.  To ensure breadth of understanding, Francine served as a law clerk in the Violent Crimes Unit of the U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C., and later as a student attorney representing people charged with misdemeanor offenses.

Once licensed to practice law, Francine maintained a general civil litigation practice handling family law, estate planning, church litigation, and civil rights cases. Francine began her training and work as a Mediator in 2004.

Her ability to identify client interests, superb negotiating skills, and informed sense of likely legal outcomes has served her clients well.  Come and see for yourself!
